We’ve compiled a list of protocols as our promise to our employees, clients, and community to do our part to flatten the curve and keep our society safe through the course of this pandemic.
Here’s what to expect. Your Diamond Appliance service technician is required to wear a face mask, gloves and safety goggles at all times while in your home. They must maintain a distance of 6 feet apart from you or other family members. We provide all our technicians with hand sanitizer and disinfectant for use during your repair appointment. Finally, our employees have all been advised that if they or anyone they live with is ill or has a fever, they must stay home and not report to work.
